Prophet X is a fast paced thriller. It is the story of a man's journey (John Davidson) from a normal life to one of profound change. When pushed he reacts, but not as expected. When pressured he excels at doing everything except the expected. His brief exposure to the methods of the various professionals involved in the man hunt only strengthens his skill set. But time would soon run out and he would be forced to make decisions that would destroy his previously normal life.

This adventure takes place on three continents and involves powerful government and crime figures. The tools of the war are not chosen by the pursuers and that's just the beginning of their problems. The tools are technology manipulated in ways seldom seen. Even common technology is a formidable weapon, in skilled hands.

In all walks of life you can find exceptions to the norm. These individuals are benign, normal everyday people and generally go un-noticed and go out of their way to blend in to society. But when extraordinary circumstance arise these are the unknown quantity, unpredictable and difficult or impossible to restrain using normal methods. They tend to do the unexpected and maximize the seldom used. They can be extraordinary, but often they prefer to be just normal.

In the end John Davidson discovers the ultimate weapon and it has nothing to do with technology, his skills or his resources. It has to do with a renewed relationship between a man and his creator.
