When his marriage crumbles and his corner office paycheck evaporates, Carl Krauthammer decides it’s time to simplify his life by moving from Manhattan, NY, to Manhattan, KS. There he encounters a vindictive dairy magnate, a one-handed bartender, a washed up author, an illicit raw milk business, and a violent sect of breastfeeding advocates. As past, present, and future converge in one Midwestern college town, Carl must ensure his new life isn’t a bigger disaster than the one he left behind.
