Synopsis

Under the despotic dictatorship system, the power of allocation of social resources is controlled in the hands of a few violent figures. It is even not easy for an intellectual to make a living independently, how can he help people all over the world? So, in the history of China, most of the intellectuals who used to be full of enthusiasm become the captive roles of the violent people: depending on them and serving them. If they come across the unkind ones, they will decline down to be their accomplices.
