Tara’s house is in an uproar, and it’s all her mother’s fault. Carl Gentry is the sweetest man alive—shy and quiet, easy going, and a great listener. He’s also a good provider, having sold a computer program to a large company for millions of dollars.

But Tara’s mother isn’t satisfied with the money; she wants to be sexually satisfied as well. When her affair is discovered, she retreats to a friend’s house to let Carl cool off.

Feeling guilty about her mother’s actions and nervous that the special bond she has with Carl is in danger of being lost, she decides to help him “forget” his emotional pain. But how far will she go?

Taking a deep breath and walking into the living room, I resolved to move things forward no matter how much Carl protested. Sex could wait for the moment, but there were others things to be done.

“Now don’t get alarmed,” I said, approaching his chair. “I’m not going to throw myself at you, so you don’t have to worry. I just want to make you forget about what Mom did for a while.”

Pausing in front of him, I unhooked my bra and let it fall to the floor. He stared at me dumbfounded, but I wasn’t done yet. Bending down, I pulled off my panties as well and flung them on the couch.
