Synopsis

"A Twisted Mind

When New Jersey lawyer Jon Vlcheck agrees to represent a mysterious woman indicted by the Grand Jury for mutilation, he descends into a maelstrom of murder and intrigue. Tipped with inside information from an unlikely source, he finds himself committed to defend the woman despite certainty of her guilt. Plagued by his conscience, Vlcheck breaks the rules of ethics that govern what a lawyer can and can't do.

But once the client learns of his betrayal, Vlcheck is next on her hit list. His only hope is the prosecutor who has sworn to taker her down. If together they can find her before she kills again, Vlcheck and his family may yet have a chance. It's only when they follow a trail of carnage, violence and medical science gone awry that they discover a criminal mind in which voyeurism and physical love have degenerated into madness and where an evil lurks more insidious than they could ever have imagined."
