When Ruth Templeton's parents decided to move downtown they promised that Ruth would hardly notice a change at St. Bart's High.
All schools are the same.
She's never had a problem making friends.
Everyone's going to love her.
They were wrong.
Ruth is shocked to see that St. Bart's is threatened by every new student. St. Bart's welcomes only the submissive. And St. Bart's will fight to maintain its status quo.
Funny though terrifying, St. Bart's High will remind you of the little good and overwhelming bad experiences that made up high school.
Get back to class.
