Synopsis

"
I had a wonderful childhood with happy parents. We lived outside the city and had a large garden where we played and harvested.  My school in Middle Germany was bombed out and I was thrown into the horror of war.  Homeless I came to Bavaria where I stood on a roof  with a white sheet and let the US Army into the village. No shot was fired - nobody got killed.
Finally back in Bremen I rebuild our houses from leftovers.  Luck was with me and I was picked by the USA to run one of their two PX stores in Germany.  I met people from all over the world.  Queens, Presidents and the wonderful US GI’s.  Good funny stories I am telling you.  Finally, I packed up and came to the USA. The city of Chicago I love and talk about how exciting it was to live there.  I worked in the Media and Banking and took in everything that was going on in the city.  I love to travel and after I had seen every State in the USA, I decided to move to Arizona.  There I learned the way of the desert with the different fauna and flora, the beauty of a cloudless sky at night with a full moon or a sunset on a blazing hot day. In Spring when the desert comes alive with the most delicate flowers and the stick you saw and thought it was nothing is full of leaves and flowers.

The world is full of beauty, all we have to do ---LOOK
