Synopsis

Tales from the Red Shoe Diner is a compilation of stories accumulated over the years. The Red Shoe Diner is a cheap eatery in the middle of Brooklyn and its customers are a strange mix of the unusual. Marty the owner is always surprised by the characters who walk through the doors of his establishment. Mary Gershwin is one of his oldest customers. Her delusions are grandeur and filled with stars. A robber attempts to take the diner's cash-on-hand but is thwarted by a surprising character. The coffee and the tales flow like a river at the Red Shoe Diner.

This revised version of the Red Shoe Diner now includes the stories "The Whacker Chronicles" and "Stains." The "Chronicles" is a fantastical story about a lineage of brave birds who experience and possess human-like characteristics

"Stains" on the other hand discusses the stereotype given to individuals with mental illness. I think you will enjoy the combination of all these tales.
