Synopsis

"If you go down in the woods today/ You're sure of a big surprise. . ." The surprise is a forest filled with Teddy Bears. All have a wonderful time! Kids will have a great time too, singing the song and turning the pop-up pages. Every two-page spread features either a flap to lift or a pop-up illustration showing Teddy Bears playing games and enjoying their picnic treats. Toddlers will also love studying some of the pictures and playing guessing games about counting, color recognition, and lots more.

He served as the president of the British Academy of Songwriters, won two Ivor Novello awards, and was awarded the Order of the British Empire. He died in 1984. Michael Hague has illustrated some of the best-loved works of children's literature, including "The Velveteen Rabbit," "The Wizard of Oz," and "The Wind in the Willows," He lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado, with his wife, Kathleen.
