Synopsis

The violence began in an empty Texas street where he found the bullet-riddled body of his partner. It stayed with him across the Texas Plains, beyond the Pecos, and into the wilds of the New Mexico Territory. For sixteen days and nights he fought off Comanches and Apaches. And now he faced the man his friend described to him on that Texas street. He thought he was through setting debts by the gun, and maybe he would - right after he settled this one.
