DORIS and SHAUN is a black couple who got married and decided to live their American dream in the heart of the racist south. But, it is the 1960s.

But after a few years of marriage, Shaun had a one night fling a White Woman that resulted in the birth of a child.

Doris eventually learned of the affair, but before she could confront her husband, the white woman is found dead, and the only witness was Shaun's illegitimate traumatized daughter, who doesn't remember what happened.

When the truth is learned, the answer to the mystery sends shockwaves through Atlanta.
