Ms Koehler has designed ab-targeting workouts and recipes for countless personal training clients, champion collegiate athletes, and fitness competitors since 1989. Her work has appeared on ABC News, America Online, and numerous other publications, television shows, radio shows, and movies. She is also the World Fitness Director for the International Sport Kickboxing Association.
