Morena Cuadra lived in Peru for more than thirty years, where she worked as a magazine editor, chef, cookbook editor, publisher, and culinary school director. She developed menus and trained cooks for several restaurants in South and Central America. Morena Escardo is a journalist, cook, and food blogger. She ran a catering business in Lima, Peru, making desserts for restaurants, cafes, and university cafeterias. Escardo shares writing duties with her mother, Morena Cuadra, on the popular blog, Peru Delights.
