I like this book: It is sexy and funny and sets up Colt and Grant well for their books (which I can't wait for).

This book has an interesting premise but I just didn’t mesh well with the way it was executed. Miranda was a little too all over the place and Dane was good but not enough to save the book for me.

I’m a bit torn about The Girl’s Guide to (Man) Hunting, I liked rather than loved the main characters Miranda and Dane, and although it had oodles of hot outdoor smexy scenes there wasn’t really that much else to it.

Although the behavior of the protagonists is too childish to accept, the modern day revenge angle is fully developed and fascinating as the key motivator of the lead female. The trysts are well written, but the lead couple has sex seemingly everywhere regardless of witnesses and his grand gesture of love is inappropriate.

Miranda's character is genuine and easy to relate to and Dane was oh so sexy! Great chemistry between these two that makes for a HOT and steamy read but also it is filled with humor and a great supporting cast.
