Ron Miller is chair of the Religion Department at Lake Forest College in Lake Forest, Ilinois, where he has taught for thirty years. He is also co-founder of Common Ground, an adult education group for religious study and dialogue since 1975. He is the author of many books and articles, including The Hidden Gospel of Matthew: Annotated and Explained, Dialogue and Disagreement: Franz Rosezweig's Contribution to Jewish-Christian Dialogue, and The Wisdom of the Carpenter. Stevan Davies is a professor of religious studies at College Misericordia and the annotator/translator of The Gospel of Thomas: Annotated & Explained (already in its 4th printing). His website is the worlds leading Internet resource on the Gospel of Thomas.
