Synopsis

The King is not renowned for his skill with the language. He wields his words as he does his fork, heavily and too often, and punctuates his sentences like a roast potato: thoroughly but at random.

But the King's birthday is nearing, and with it comes the requirement to present an edict...

The King's edict is a very, very silly short story that you probably shouldn't read while eating your dinner.
