The recipes that follow introductory material on the various properties of the Super Sixteen run the gamut from appetizers to desserts, and most seem, perhaps surprisingly, delicious, from Lemony Lentil and Quinoa Salad to Maple-Glazed Brussels Sprouts with Caraway.
