Lori Lange (aka "RecipeGirl") left the elementary school classroom in 2005 to start RecipeGirl.com, which houses over 2,500 original and adapted recipes and themed menus for entertaining. Lori now spends her days developing recipes, photographing food and writing for companies, websites and publications--such as Gold Medal Flour, Pepperidge Farm, Kraft, Sam’s Club, Betty Crocker, and Tabasco. She is a recipe and video contributor to the online cooking series, GoodBite.com, and she has contributed to the cookbooks “Junior League of San Diego: California Sol Food,” "Cookie Cravings," and “Blog Aid for Haiti.” Her work has also been featured on Saveur's Best of the Web, Health, Bon Appetit, Huffington Post, LA Times and Glamour. She has been a speaker at several food conferences, and has appeared on local news broadcasts discussing food. Lori served as an on-site judge alongside Miss Paula Deen in the Real Women of Philadelphia Cream Cheese Cook Off in Savannah, Georgia in 2010. Lori creates, cooks and hopes to inspire in her kitchen in Southern California, where she lives with her husband Brian and foodie-son Brooks, who blogs at RecipeBoy.com.
