Caitlin is an irrepressibly cheerful young policewoman polite even to the criminals she arrests. Everyone at the station likes her, and almost everyone wants her. For Caitlin is a lovely girl with a nearly perfect body. Unbeknownst to her colleagues, she also has a secret: a dark sexual hunger for submission and bondage so deep it causes her to sleep every night naked and handcuffed. Each weekend she gives herself to a different man of doubtful trustworthiness, who sates his own cruel lust on her helpless body. And every Monday she reports to work as sweet and cheerful as ever.
But Caitlin faces a dilemma when her intimate knowledge of bondage gives her insight into an odd criminal now preying on young women in New York. She dares not tell anyone, and so sets out to solve the crime herself. But more than her reputation may be on the line if she gets captured.
