A Central American holiday turns pear-shaped, while our two fresh-as-a-daisy travellers discover, a little travel planning could well have been a good idea. The Silent Assassin is a short story about two gringo apprentices who take on an adventure in Mexico, Belize and Guatemala. Things don’t always go to plan in those parts of the world, particularly if you’re new to the travel game. Please enjoy my short story about Central American travel and learning how to roll with the punches as a gringo explorer.
