Born Rosanna Mary Seaton in Pemberton WA. In 1954 she grew up in the Australian outback. She was educated by school of the air and taught by her mother until she went off to boarding school in 1968. Mary started writing when she was in her forties. She has also written Tales From the Sand Hills; The Three Worlds Of The Witches and The Power of the Mage’s Staff.
