In Geneva, Switzerland, Kilian Frost volunteered to be experimented on to become a shifter. After horrible pain he hadn't counted on, he can shape-shift into a rare white tiger. Kilian is from Sweden and hasn't seen his beloved country or his sister in many years. All he wants is to get home. When he escapes Hottiger Research Institute, his former lover and director of the facility, Sam Hottiger, sends Neo, an assassin he's used on various occasions, to bring Kilian back alive.

On an overnight train from Germany to Sweden, Kilian meets Donovan, a sexy and kind-hearted man who thinks nothing of protecting Kilian from those who pursue him. Kilian is in pain because he no longer has access to the treatments Sam gave him to keep him from losing his humanity. Kilian doesn't want to depend on Donovan's help, but he can't fight the growing attraction between them, and he can't go the journey alone.

Kilian must hold on long enough to see his sister one last time and say good-bye to the man he's come to love. Donovan just wants to be with Kilian for however long it lasts, and he'll stand against a whole army if he has to, to keep Kilian safe.

Warning: Adult Material and Situations.
