Exciting and absolutely awe inspiring, Triple F - Fifty Fit and Fabulous by nutrition and fitness expert Sharon Simmons is a triple threat. In fact, this fitness guru has brains, brawn, and beauty. In eight succinct chapters with titles such as "Exercise at Any Age," "Nutrition Made Easy," "Supplemental Drugs - To Do or Not to Do," and "Competitions - Down and Dirty," readers have the leg up on how women and men can stay forever young at heart and in exceptional health. With a number of sensible, preventable measures, Sharon Simmons also examines how staying young is a state of mind. More than the confidence her personal narrative bolsters, she also offers a basic, easy to follow plan for a healthier lifestyle. Her strategy is centered on nutrition, exercise, and hard work - not drugs and fad diets. While there are no easy solutions, with a little effort and a little elbow grease, anyone can be fabulous at any age. Proof that fifty is the new thirty, this fitness and health guide covers all the nuts and bolts on how to look absolutely fabulous, eat clean, and stay fit at any age. This is Sharon's first book.

Unfortunately, the book swings indecisively between memoir and fitness guide, lacking the length and emotional pull to exist as a biography and the factual information to truly help readers establish a permanent fitness routine.
