Two Nights In Police Custody is much more than a story of modern Nepal's social injustice; it's a seizing read describing daily life in the cities and its surrounds and recounts the struggles of the people, the class divide, and interprets the fabric that has united all Nepalese through their political upheaval of the 1980's that still continues on into this day.

" I always had an inner desire to write something; a treatise on my country. Then a year ago, an incident occurred where I was arrested in my own home city of Pokhara when I had gone to participate in an annual company conference. The two nights in police custody that followed was a life learning institution for me. I witnessed many things; corruption, betrayal, barbarism, sexual harassment and blatant nepotism. After I was released I was determined to write something about it, so, without hesitation, I began writing this book - Two Nights in Police Custody ".
