Since 1980, Art Ludwig has been working on systems to help people live better with less use of resources. He graduated with a self-designed program in Ecological Systems Design from UC Berkeley. He is the author of "Principles of Ecological Design," "Water Storage" and numerous other books and articles. Art has studied and designed water and wastewater systems in twenty two different countries. He lives with his family in a food jungle in a canyon above Santa Barbara, California.
