Ralph Taranto was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York in 1938 when America was a kinder, gentler place where everybody knew everybody, where they treated each other like family. Kids played stickball and other games in the street. Families listened to radio shows together. Everybody was a Brooklyn Dodgers fan. After WWII, people came together and were happy.He worked in banking and on NYSE Wall Street. He's run his own businesses (home construction in Southhampton, NY, others in Las Vegas, NV). He has become a consumer advocate and works with veterans groups to bring about much needed changes in the way our government does business (on all levels).
