It took much pain, time, and many tears to write this part of Sheila's childhood experiences. She had so many mixed emotions, shames and truths, and she also wondered how would people perceive her. Perception is everything, isn't it? Most people she talk to about her life became critical to the point where they'll say that they would have run away, or they could have done this or that. She is sure that every one of them in the story had a different view and different experiences. Quite frankly, your point of view is your point of view. The truth of the matter is that this is her story, and it's for you to observe and listen to with an open mind. She was a frightened, confused child with almost no answers to any of her questions. Life is different for each of us. Sheila is author, wife, a mother of five children, four grandchildren, she is a voice of encouragement, and inspiration to many people all over world... her compassion for life inspires us to love God, forgive people, and pass it on. presently they live in North Carolina.
