Full Reviewthis was really terrible. Rambling and repetitive, slow and boring,
Full ReviewThis is a very good book, and an enjoyable read. It is strictly romance, and different then the first book
Full ReviewThis book doesn't have a particularly active plot...this book's lavish descriptions of upholstery and window treatments and accent lamps made my eyes glaze over sometimes
Full ReviewI'm looking forward to the release of the third book...but at the same time, I'm dreading reading it because I don't want to see this series end.
Full ReviewI liked their story...But I didn't loved it.
Full ReviewThe overthinking was really my only complaint. It was a significant one, though...I didn’t feel any drive in the romance. It remained lukewarm for me and left me with the ‘sweet’ vibe instead of the ‘engrossing’ one I was hoping for.
Full Reviewif this was any other author, I would put this book down straight away and not ever go back to it.
Full ReviewIt is wonderfully sweet in the simple storytelling of two wonderful people who didn’t realize just how much they meant to each other until they took that one scary step of turning their long-time friendship to that of lovers.
Full ReviewI recommend this story for anyone who wants a feel-good romance.
Full Reviewit sounded like an extended informercial for Ms. Roberts own Inn in Boonesboro, and generally an ad for the town.
Full ReviewThere is no danger, next to no melodrama, and not one mysterious occurrence...The Last Boyfriend will gather dust on my shelf, even should I revisit the other two books in the series.
Full ReviewI found The Last Boyfriend to be an entertaining, sweet, contemporary romance with minimal conflicts and predictable situations. It has likable characters...although this story falls on the average side of the spectrum for me
Full ReviewThe angst level in this book is very low. There is no suspense plot, there’s a little bit of relationship angst between Owen and Avery, all due to zero communication...This was a nice read, but it didn’t blow me away.
Full ReviewThe romance has some energy to it, but it’s utterly predictable...I really enjoy Roberts’s books, but this one doesn’t make the grade.
Full ReviewI can't get enough of nice books and maybe that's why I have enjoyed the last two series by Nora Roberts so much. Nice, lovely, quiet and cozy books that feature strong family ties are something I can't get enough of. If you feel the same way, then the Inn Boonsboro series should be perfect for you.
Full ReviewThe Last Boyfriend there was nothing unexpected, no curve balls…I just wish there had been a bit more to the story.
Full ReviewWhile I love Nora Roberts this book was a little disappointing as I guessed where it was going pretty much throughout the whole book.
