    Since I don't read Nora books for the suspense, the fact that it was predictable didn't really bother me. But this is definitely not the book for hard core romantic suspense readers.

    To any seasoned reader, this book is fairly obvious fairly quickly. There is really only one person who fits in the antagonist's description. The person is hidden in plain sight.

    Too many fire-fighting scenes ultimately bog down the story and leave little room to build suspense. Halfway through, I found myself skipping ahead to learn more about the ongoing hunt for the killer, whose identity was easier to figure out than Roberts' usual villain.
